What is the typical lead time for custom fabric orders?
Standard custom orders usually ship within 10 to 14 business days. During peak seasons or for specialized upholstery projects, lead times may extend to 3 weeks. We will provide a specific tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer local pickup in the Ottawa area?
Yes, we offer a free 'Local Pickup' option at our Ottawa studio. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with our address and available pickup time slots.
Can I request fabric swatches before committing to a large purchase?
Absolutely. We understand that color and texture are vital for home decor. You can order individual 4x4 swatches for any of our stocked fabrics to ensure they match your interior lighting and existing furniture.
What is your return policy on cut-to-length fabrics?
Because fabric is cut specifically to your requested dimensions, we cannot accept returns on cut yardage unless there is a manufacturer defect. We highly recommend ordering a swatch first to ensure satisfaction.
Are your fabrics suitable for high-traffic upholstery?
We carry a wide range of 'double rub' rated fabrics specifically designed for durability. Please check the product specifications for the 'Martindale' or 'Wyzenbeek' rating to determine if a fabric is suitable for heavy-duty home use.
