At Fabrications Ottawa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods; however, if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-cut fabrics and personalized home decor items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our Ottawa studio.
Shipping Your Return
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
